The short answer
A landing page for ads is a single page with one offer and one action, written to match the ad that sent the click. It has no site menu to wander off into, a short form or a WhatsApp button, conversion tracking that records the right event, and a layout that loads fast on a phone. If your ads send visitors to a home page, you are paying for people who then have to work out what to do next.
Growth Informer Software Services is a US-based company with remote teams, senior engineers and a team that stays. We design landing pages for Google Ads and Meta campaigns on a fixed quote, and you own the code and the data. A single landing page starts from .
What a landing page for paid traffic has to do
Organic visitors browse. Paid visitors arrive with one question in their head, the one your ad put there. The page has a few seconds to answer it. Everything on it should serve that answer or the next step.
- One offer. One service, one package or one destination per page. A page that tries to sell everything gives the visitor nothing to say yes to.
- One action. A single enquiry form, a WhatsApp button or a call button. Not all three competing at equal weight, and not a menu with eleven links.
- Message match. The headline repeats what the ad promised, in the same words. If the ad says "7-day Kenya family safari", the page does not open with "Welcome to our company".
- Proof you can back up. Real photos, real named work, plain facts about who you are. Nothing invented, nothing a visitor could check and find false.
- A page per ad group. Different searches and different audiences deserve different headlines. We build a base page and adapt it, which is cheaper than starting again each time.
This is the opposite of a brochure site. A brochure site explains the whole business. A landing page closes one door in front of one visitor.
For an overseas buyer the page also has to answer questions a local buyer never asks. A visitor in Chicago, Manchester or Munich considering a lodge in Chobe or a safari in Kenya wants to see who is behind the business, what happens after they enquire, and how soon someone replies. We put those answers on the page, above the form, in plain words.
What we learned from running ads ourselves
We do not only build pages for other people's campaigns. We run ads for our own services and have managed over USD 100k of client ad spend, so we see what happens after the click, not just before it.
The most expensive mistake we keep finding is the form that asks for a phone number and a budget before the visitor has seen anything of value.
Asking for price and phone first reads as a sales trap to a cold visitor, and it kills conversion. The order that works better is simple:
- Show value first. What the visitor gets, what a trip or project looks like, a real example, a plain next step.
- Ask for one detail. An email address or a WhatsApp number, plus one qualifying question such as travel month or business type.
- Ask for more later. Phone number, budget and group size can come in the first reply, once there is a human in the conversation.
Traffic source changes how short the form should be. Someone who searched for your exact service on Google already wants it. Someone who scrolled past your ad on social media did not, so they need more reassurance and less to type. Our notes on Facebook and Instagram ads for safari companies cover how that plays out for travel brands.
For travel and hospitality, WhatsApp is often the better action than a form. Guests already use it, replies feel personal, and a tap is easier than typing on a small screen.
Tracking, speed and phones: the parts people skip
Conversion tracking that records the right thing
A landing page without correct tracking is a guess. We set up each real action as its own conversion: a submitted form, a WhatsApp tap, a call tap. We mark the main one as the goal your ad account optimises for, make sure each enquiry is counted once and not twice, and test with a real submission before any ad budget goes live. For visitors in the UK and Europe, we set up the cookie consent prompt so that tracking respects the visitor's choice, and we agree with you what that does to your reported numbers. You get a short note on what is tracked and where to see it.
Fast on phones
Many ad clicks happen on phones, often on mobile data and not on office wifi. We design for a mid-range phone first: compressed images, one font family, no auto-playing background video, no heavy sliders. Slow pages waste the part of your budget you already spent on the click.
Built for the market it serves
Our portfolio includes landing pages and a direct booking form for Lorato Lodges and Camping in Chobe, Botswana, along with safari sites such as Entice Africa Safaris in Kenya and Legson Journeys in Kigali, Rwanda. If you need a complete website behind the campaign for a US audience, see our website design for US businesses.
What landing page design costs
Every project starts with a fixed quote, so you know the full price before work begins. Payment is 50/25/25 across the project, and the code and data are yours at the end. The table shows where our fixed-quote pricing starts for the usual scopes, set against a template or do-it-yourself builder.
| What you need | Growth Informer, fixed quote | Template or DIY builder |
|---|---|---|
| One landing page for one campaign | Usually a lower upfront cost, but message match, tracking and speed are left to you | |
| Business website with several landing pages | Layouts are limited to what the template allows | |
| Online store with campaign pages | Platform subscriptions usually continue, and you rent the page rather than own it |
The final price depends on how many pages, how many ad groups need their own headline, and what you want integrated, such as a booking form. If your existing site only needs the pages that ads point to, say so; it is often cheaper than a rebuild, and our guide to website redesign cost explains when each makes sense.
When you should not hire us
A good landing page cannot rescue every campaign. We would rather tell you now.
- You have no ad budget yet. If you are not running ads or about to, build the offer and a simple page first. A custom landing page for traffic you are not buying is money waiting.
- The offer is the problem. If nobody wants what is on the page at that price, better design will not change it. Test the offer first.
- Follow-up is slow. Enquiries that wait two days for an answer go to a competitor. If you cannot reply quickly, fix that before paying for more traffic.
- You want the lowest possible price. We compete on fair pricing with continuity, a fixed quote and a team that stays, not on being the cheapest. A template builder will usually cost less to start.
- You need a full booking engine. That is a bigger build than a landing page. Our direct booking system is the right starting point, and a landing page sits in front of it.
How the work runs across time zones
Our team in Kampala works East Africa Time (UTC+3). That overlaps the UK and European working day, and the start of the US East Coast day. A US team member joins client video calls, and messages are answered on WhatsApp on +256 702 946 946 or through the quote form.
To start, we need five things from you:
- The ad text, or the keywords and audience you plan to target.
- The one offer the page should sell.
- Where leads should go: an email inbox, WhatsApp or your CRM.
- Any real photos, named work and facts you want on the page.
- Access to your ad account and analytics, so tracking can be set up and tested.
You get a fixed quote, a 50/25/25 payment plan, a page tested on real phones before launch, and ownership of everything we deliver. After launch, the same team is still here when you want to adapt the page to the next campaign.
Frequently asked questions
How much do landing page design services cost?
A single landing page for one campaign starts from , on a fixed quote agreed before work starts. The final price depends on the number of pages, how many ad groups need their own headline and any integrations such as a booking form.
Why not just send my ads to my home page?
A home page serves many visitors and many purposes. Someone who clicked an ad had one specific question, and a home page makes them hunt for the answer. A landing page repeats the promise of the ad and offers one clear next step, so more clicks turn into enquiries.
Should the landing page use a form or WhatsApp?
It depends on your market and traffic source. For travel and hospitality, a WhatsApp button often works well because guests already use it and replies feel personal. For services with longer decisions, a short form that asks for one detail first works better. We usually offer one as the main action and the other as a quiet alternative.
What conversion tracking do you set up?
We set up each real action as its own conversion: form submissions, WhatsApp taps and call taps. We make sure each enquiry is counted once, mark the main goal for your ad account, and test with a real submission before your budget goes live.
Do you also run the ads?
We manage ad accounts as well as build pages, with over USD 100k of client ad spend managed so far. You can hire us for the page alone or for both. Tell us which on WhatsApp or the quote form.
I am launching a startup. Do I need a landing page before the full website?
A single focused landing page is often the fastest way to test an idea: one clear offer, one action to take, and tracking so you can see what works. You can add pages later without starting over. We build the page, set up tracking, and can connect it to your ads.
