Using this website

  • Information only. Our guides, calculators and tools give general information. They are not tax, legal or financial advice. Fees, rates and rules change, so check the date on the page and the official source before you act.
  • Estimates. Calculators give estimates from the figures you enter. We do not promise they match what an authority, bank or supplier will charge.
  • No official status. This site is not run by URA, URSB or any government body. We do not claim URA accreditation for any product of ours.
  • Our content. The text, design and code of this site belong to us. You may quote short parts with a link back to the page.
  • Fair use. Do not copy the site at scale, probe it for weaknesses, or send it spam or harmful code.
  • Other sites. Links to other sites are for your convenience. We do not control them.
  • As is. We work to keep the site correct and available, but we cannot promise it will always be either. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss from relying on the site alone.

How projects work

This is a short summary. Your written quote sets the details for your project.

  1. A quote in writing. We agree the scope and the quote with you in writing before work starts.
  2. Payment in three parts. 50% to start, 25% after your review, and 25% at handover.
  3. You own the work. You own the code, the content and the domain. Ownership passes to you on final payment.
  4. Changes in writing. If you want something outside the agreed scope, we quote the change in writing, and you approve it before we do it.

What we cannot promise

Results from ads and SEO depend on platforms, search engines and competitors. We do not guarantee rankings, leads or sales. In tax work, we do not guarantee any outcome from URA. Growth Informer Software Services is registered with URA as a tax agent. Compliance remains the business's own duty, and that includes EFRIS: our systems can issue e-receipts, but using them correctly is up to the business.

Growth Informer Business

These terms cover this website and our agency projects. They do not cover use of the Growth Informer Business product itself.
