The short answer
Good med spa website design does four jobs: it explains each treatment plainly, shows real results within the rules of the platforms, lets a visitor book or request a consultation in under a minute on a phone, and ranks locally for every location you run. Growth Informer Software Services builds that for med spas and aesthetic clinics in the United States on a fixed quote, with senior engineers and a team that stays after launch. Our wider US website design page shows how we work for any business.
We are a US-based company with remote teams, including a team in Kampala, Uganda, and a US team member joins your video calls. You get the quote before work starts, pay on a 50/25/25 plan, and own the code and data. We make no HIPAA compliance claim: how booking and form data is handled is agreed with you and your booking provider. A single-location medical spa website is priced .
What an aesthetic clinic website has to do before it can sell
Someone looking at injectables, laser, body contouring or facials is deciding whether to trust you with their face or body. They arrive from Google, Instagram or a map listing with a short list of questions: what exactly is this treatment, who will perform it, what does recovery look like, what does it cost, and can I get an appointment this week. An aesthetic clinic website that answers those in that order books more people than one that leads with a slideshow and a logo wall.
One page per treatment
Each treatment gets its own page, not a line on a services list. A page covers who it suits, how it works, what a visit looks like, downtime, what it cannot do, any honest cautions, a frequently asked questions block and a booking button. Where you are comfortable showing prices, we show a "from" figure or a range. Where you are not, we show a clear consultation request instead of a dead end.
Provider pages that build trust
Show the people who will treat the visitor: name, role, the qualifications and licences you hold, and the treatments each one performs. We use only the credentials you give us and ask you to confirm each one. We never invent awards, certifications or reviews for a clinic.
Claims you can defend
Rules on advertising medical and cosmetic treatments can differ by state and by advertising platform, so we do not guess at them. We write in plain language, avoid promises of results, and ask your medical director or adviser to approve treatment wording before launch. We are web designers, not a law firm, and we will say so.
Before and after galleries done within the rules
Results photos sell treatments, and they are also where clinics most often get into trouble. A gallery has to be convincing to a nervous visitor and safe for you to publish. This is how we build it:
- Consent first. Every image goes live only after you confirm written consent from that client is on file with you. We do not store or hold those records.
- Honest presentation. Same angle, same lighting, no filters, with a plain note that individual results vary and the treatment course and timing shown.
- Filterable by treatment. A visitor looking at lip filler sees lip filler, not a wall of everything, and each image links to its treatment page and booking button.
- A separate set for ads. Advertising platforms have their own policies on before and after images and health claims, and those policies change. We check the current policy with you before any gallery image is used in a campaign, and keep website images and ad images as two sets, because an image that is fine on your own site may be refused in an ad.
One honest trade-off: design cannot fix poor photography. If your results photos are inconsistent, a half day with a photographer will do more for conversions than any template. We build the gallery to show good photos well, and we do not retouch results.
Online booking, memberships, packages and financing
Most med spas already run a booking or practice-management provider. In that case we connect your provider to the site, style the booking flow so it matches your brand, and track which page led to each booking so you can see what is working. Where your provider supports it, the book button on a treatment page opens the booking flow with that treatment already chosen, so the visitor does not start from a blank menu. If no off-the-shelf provider fits how you work, we can build the flow ourselves: see our booking system development service.
- Membership pages. Monthly tiers explained in plain terms: what is included, what it costs, how to pause or cancel, and one join button.
- Package pages. A course of sessions or a bundled treatment plan, with what the visitor gets at each visit.
- Financing options. A clear section pointing to the financing provider you choose. Approval, rates and terms belong to that provider, so we show them as the provider supplies them and never state our own.
- Reviews. Real reviews from your Google profile, shown with the source. We do not write or buy reviews.
- Forms and data. Contact forms ask only what is needed to reply. Health questionnaires and consent forms belong in your booking or practice-management system, and how that data is handled is agreed with you and that provider. We make no HIPAA compliance claim.
Local search for each location and fast mobile pages
Most med spa searches are local and happen on a phone. Each location needs its own page with address, hours, parking notes, the providers who work there, an embedded map and a booking button, tied to a Google Business Profile that you own. We set the pages up so search engines can read them, and our SEO services for small business page explains the ongoing side.
We create a treatment-and-location page only when we have something genuine to say on it, such as a provider who specialises in that treatment at that site. Thin duplicate pages with the town name swapped add little and are not worth publishing.
On mobile we compress gallery images, load them as the visitor scrolls, avoid heavy sliders, and keep a tap-to-call and book button in reach. We test speed before launch and fix what the test shows. We cannot promise a position on Google: competitive metro areas can take months, so if you need bookings sooner we can pair the site with paid search, and we have managed over USD 100k of client ad spend.
What med spa web design costs
Prices below show for your region and are the starting point for a fixed quote. The final figure depends on the number of treatments, locations and integrations, and you see it in writing before work starts.
| What you need | Our price | What it covers |
|---|---|---|
| Single treatment or promotion page | One focused page: offer, gallery, booking and tracking | |
| Single-location med spa site | Treatment and provider pages, gallery, booking, reviews, local search setup | |
| Multi-location or larger clinic | Location pages, many treatments, memberships and packages | |
| Online skincare shop | Product catalogue, cart and checkout | |
| Ongoing care after launch | Monthly updates, new treatment pages, monitoring and fixes |
If you only want to test one offer before committing to a full site, our landing page design services are the cheaper first step. Payment runs 50/25/25, and the code and data are yours.
When to hire us, and when not to
We have not named a med spa among our 37 live builds on the portfolio page, and we will not pretend otherwise. What you can check there is booking-led work, such as the direct booking form on Lorato Lodges and Camping in Chobe, Botswana, and the food ordering flow on Silverback Coffee House. We give no results or booking numbers for any of them.
We are a good fit if you want a clear fixed quote, a senior team that answers messages and stays after launch, and a site that you own outright. Our Kampala team works East Africa Time (UTC+3), which overlaps the UK and European working day and the start of the US East Coast day, and a US team member joins your video calls.
We are not the right choice if you need an on-site photo or video shoot, legal review of your treatment claims, a provider that must be inside your practice-management vendor's partner programme, or the lowest price at any cost. We are priced for affordability with continuity, not as the cheapest option.
To start, send us the number of locations, your booking provider and a list of the treatments you want on the site, by WhatsApp on +256 702 946 946 or through the quote form on this page.
Frequently asked questions
How much does med spa website design cost?
A single-location med spa website is priced , and a multi-location site is priced . You receive a fixed quote before work starts, and the final figure depends on treatments, locations and integrations.
Can you make my med spa website HIPAA compliant?
We make no HIPAA compliance claim. How booking and form data is handled is agreed with you and your booking provider, and we keep health questionnaires and consent forms inside that provider rather than on the public website. For compliance questions, speak to your own adviser.
Can I use before and after photos in my ads?
Advertising platforms have their own rules on before and after images and health claims, and those rules change. We keep a separate set of images for ads and check the current policy of each platform before any image is used in a campaign.
Do you work with the booking software we already use?
Usually yes. We connect your existing booking provider to the site and style the flow to match your brand. If your provider limits embedding or does not fit how you work, we can build a custom booking flow instead, and we tell you which is the better choice before you pay.
Who will I speak to and when?
A US team member joins your video calls. Our Kampala team works East Africa Time (UTC+3), which overlaps the UK and European working day and the start of the US East Coast day, so US morning calls are easy to schedule.
