Church, school and NGO website design in Uganda that funders and families trust
A clear, fast site that explains your mission, takes donations or school fees by Mobile Money, and keeps your community current on events, sermons and news. Built to load on a mid-range Android over slow data.
From UGX 1M Around KES 35,000 / TZS 700,000 / RWF 400,000 / $1,500. Paid 50/25/25. Online giving, fee portals and larger builds are custom-quoted.
What your institution's website actually does
Churches, schools and NGOs each ask for different things from a site. Here is what we build in, matched to how your community and your funders actually use it.
Mobile Money donations and fees
Collect tithes, donations or school fees through MTN MoMo and Airtel Money, the way your community already pays. We wire up a giving or payment flow that works on a basic Android, not just a laptop.
Events, sermons and news
Post service times, term calendars, fundraisers and community updates yourself. Churches can share sermon audio or video; schools can publish exam timetables and newsletters without calling us each time.
A trust page funders check
NGOs and charities live or die on credibility. We build an About, board, programmes and impact section that a grant officer or donor can read and take seriously, with real photos and clear numbers.
Fast on slow data
Compressed images, light pages and simple navigation so a parent or member on a slow connection upcountry can still open your site, find the fee number or the service time, and act.
WhatsApp and phone contact
A tap-to-WhatsApp and tap-to-call button on every page, because most enquiries in Uganda happen there. Parents, members and donors reach you in one tap, not a contact form nobody checks.
You update it, not us
A simple editor so your admin, secretary or volunteer can change fees, add an event or post news. We train one person on your team so the site stays current after we hand it over.
Built around how Ugandan institutions really work
We have built real community and charity sites, so we plan for the practical stuff: patchy data, Mobile Money over cards, and funders who want proof before they give.
- Mobile Money first. Giving and fee flows use MTN and Airtel, with M-Pesa or other rails added for Kenya, Tanzania and Rwanda when you serve those markets.
- Honest, upfront pricing. From UGX 1M for a standard institutional site, quoted before we start, while most competitors hide behind contact us.
- English-first, plain language. Copy your members, parents and funders can read quickly, with room for a local-language section if you need one.
- Proof funders respect. Programmes, impact and governance laid out the way donors and grant officers expect to see them.
- You own everything. Domain, hosting account, content and code are handed to your organisation at completion.
Real community and charity builds, not stock demos
We have shipped sites for organisations doing this work. Greater Purpose Charity and the East African Dream Program are live community and charity builds, and Euca Eco Consults is a live mission-driven build. That is the evidence we can point a church, school or NGO to.
Questions institutions ask us
A standard institutional site starts at UGX 1M, roughly KES 35,000, TZS 700,000, RWF 400,000 or $1,500. Online giving portals, fee-payment systems and larger multi-section sites are custom-quoted, and we give you the number before any work starts.
Most standard institutional sites take two to four weeks once we have your content, photos and payment details. Larger builds with donation or fee portals take longer, and we give you a timeline in writing before we start.
Every project runs on 50/25/25: 50 percent to start, 25 percent at the review stage when you see the site, and the final 25 percent at completion before handover. No large lump sum up front.
Yes. You own everything we ship: the domain, the hosting account, the content and the code. Nothing is locked to us, and we train one person on your team to keep it updated.
Yes. We set up giving and fee flows on MTN MoMo and Airtel Money for Uganda, and add M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa or Airtel for Kenya, Tanzania and Rwanda when you serve those communities, so people pay the way they already do.
