The short answer

White label web development means we build the websites your agency sells, under your name, and your client never has to deal with us. You own the client relationship. We build under NDA to your design and standards, give you a fixed quote per project before any work starts, agree a turnaround with you, and make no contact with your client unless you ask us to.

Growth Informer Software Services is a US-based company with remote teams around the world, including senior engineers in Kampala, Uganda, and a US team member joins video calls. That is how we keep the price sensible without being the lowest quote on the table, and how we keep the same people on your work. If you want a standing team rather than project-by-project builds, see hire a development team. If your agency also sells to American businesses directly, see our website design for the USA page. For builds that go beyond a website, see custom software development services.

Have a client project to scope?Send us the number of unique page templates in your design and the launch date your client expects, and we will come back with a fixed quote.

How a white label project runs

The model only works if it is boring and predictable. This is the sequence we follow on every project.

  • NDA first. It is signed before you send designs, briefs or any client details.
  • Fixed quote. You get a written scope, a price and a turnaround before work starts. Nothing is billed by the hour as it goes.
  • 50/25/25 payment plan. The project is paid in three parts, so you are never paying for the whole job up front.
  • We build to your design. We work from your designs and your standards, not from a template of ours.
  • You review before your client does. Nothing goes in front of your client until you have seen it.
  • Handover without lock-in. The client owns the code and the data. If you ever change partner, you are not held hostage.

What to send with a brief

The quote is faster and tighter when the brief includes your design files, the sitemap, the integrations the site needs (payments, booking tools, a CRM), whether the content is written, and the date your client expects to launch. Where something is missing, we say so in the quote instead of guessing.

Who talks to whom

You talk to us. We do not email, call or pitch your client. If you want us on a client call to answer a technical question, tell us and we will join as part of your team. If the same agency keeps sending us work, the next step can be a dedicated team on a continuing basis, which is covered on our hire a development team page.

What a white label build costs

The table shows the starting price of the build itself. The mark-up you put on top belongs to you, since you own the client. The final price for any project comes as a fixed quote after we have seen the brief.

What moves a quote

  • The number of unique page templates in your design, not the number of pages.
  • Integrations such as payments, booking tools, CRMs or an existing back office.
  • Product catalogue size and how much content needs moving across from an old site.
  • Custom features that a standard build does not cover.
  • How finished the design files are when they reach us.

Time zones and communication

Our team in Kampala works East Africa Time, UTC+3. That overlaps the UK and European working day and the start of the US East Coast day, so a call is easy to arrange, and a US team member joins video calls so you are not dealing with a distant voice at the other end.

What this means week to week

  • UK and Europe: your working day overlaps ours, so a call is rarely a scheduling problem.
  • US East Coast: your morning is the end of our working day, so book calls early and send briefs the evening before.
  • US West Coast: the overlap is thin, so plan on written briefs and scheduled calls when it matters.

Because white label work is invisible by design, your client's site does not carry our branding, and we do not list your projects in our portfolio.

What we do not do, and when not to hire us

A partner who says yes to everything usually becomes a problem on your project. These are the limits.

  • We do not contact or pitch your client. If you want us on a call, you ask.
  • We do not set your creative direction. We build to your design. If you have no designer for a project, tell us before the quote so the scope reflects it.
  • We are remote. If your client's contract requires an on-site team or development in a named country, we are not the right partner.
  • We do not work open-ended and bill by the hour. Scope is fixed before work starts, and anything outside it is quoted separately.
  • We are not an overnight service. A turnaround is agreed per project and we keep to it, but a same-day rebuild is not something we promise.
  • We are rarely the lowest quote. If lowest price is your only filter, you will find someone cheaper. Our case is a fixed price and a team that stays on your work.

If you only need an extra pair of hands for a few hours, a freelancer may suit you better; freelancer vs agency sets out the trade-offs honestly.

What we have built and what we can show

We have 37 live website and app builds on our portfolio page. They include safari and travel sites such as Entice Africa Safaris in Kenya, Lorato Lodges and Camping in Chobe, Botswana (landing pages and a direct booking form) and Legson Journeys in Kigali, Rwanda, alongside Pamoja Tours and Travel, Achieve Global Safaris and Jabel Tours. On the commerce side there is Silverback Coffee House, a food ordering site. We also build our own products, including Karibu, a travel SaaS connecting African tour operators with agents and DMCs in Europe and the US, Growth Informer Business, a cloud POS and business management system, and Moyo Pay, a dual-currency wallet.

We have also managed over USD 100k of client ad spend, so we have seen what a site has to do once paid traffic lands on it. White label projects are covered by NDA, so yours would never appear in that portfolio. Ask for a walkthrough of builds close to the type of site your clients buy, and we will show you how we handled the brief.

Frequently asked questions

What does white label web development mean?

It means a build partner creates the website and your agency sells it as its own work. The agency owns the client relationship, and the partner works under NDA to the agency's design and standards without contacting the client unless asked.

How much does white label web development cost?

A business website starts from . Landing pages, e-commerce stores and corporate sites have their own starting prices in the table above. Every project gets a fixed quote before work starts, paid on a 50/25/25 plan.

Will you contact my client?

No. We deal only with your agency. If you want us on a client call to answer a technical question, you ask us and we join as part of your team.

Who owns the code and the data?

The client owns the code and the data. You can change partner later without losing the site or being locked into us.

Does the time difference get in the way?

Usually not. Our Kampala team works East Africa Time (UTC+3), which overlaps the UK and European working day and the start of the US East Coast day. For the US West Coast the overlap is thin, so we rely on written briefs and scheduled calls when they matter.

Do you build apps and software for agencies too, not just websites?

Yes. We can build custom software and apps under your agency's name, under a confidentiality agreement (an NDA), on a fixed quote for each project. Tell us the scope and we will confirm what fits.
